Bachelor of Science

The Bachelor of Science in Social Gerontology program prepares students for positions in organizations that provide community-based services for older adults. In addition, the program equips students with a broad range of knowledge and skills needed to improve the quality of life for older adults residing in senior housing facilities. Students are encouraged to become involved in the development of programs and policies that address issues facing the aging population; and prepares students for graduate studies.
